MidnightLook Trust Center

This page explains how MidnightLook handles AI data such as Reference Photos, dataset.zip uploads, AI Profiles, and generated images. It is written to match the current product behavior and will evolve as the system changes.

What We Store

MidnightLook stores the minimum AI data needed to create and serve your AI Profile and generated images. This can include your reference dataset.zip upload, generated outputs, AI Profile weights, and workflow metadata tied to your account.

How Reference Photos Are Used

Your Reference Photos are processed to create your personal AI Profile. The required upload consent covers this processing. A separate optional setting controls whether an upload may be used for product-improvement or shared-model research.

Deletion Lifecycle

When training completes, MidnightLook attempts to delete the uploaded dataset.zip used to create your AI Profile. If cleanup fails, the system records the failure so our team can investigate and retry safely.

Delete My AI Data

From your dashboard, you can request deletion of AI data stored inside MidnightLook, including AI Profiles, generated images, and uploaded reference dataset files. This request does not automatically erase payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or other records we may need to retain separately.

Signed Access Only

Private AI assets are served through short-lived signed URLs or internal service access. We do not intend to expose your private AI assets through long-lived public links.
